Hey all.
My name is Chris, I'm 26, living in Manchester and currently working in IT Support. When not playing video games I'm spending time with my girlfriend (which unfortunately means I can only play during the week currently), playing hockey, watching football/TV shows and working on learning 3D Games Design.
I have a couple of friends in the corp who have told me about you - Scattershot Lucas and Shyamalan. I've been playing Eve (on and off) since 2008 and mostly have a PVE background, running level 4s in a rail fit Navy Megathron and pulse fit Abaddon, although I have had some PVP experience both in faction warfare and in low sec. I understand how PVP in Eve works and the important of always following the instructions of the FC. I am happy to sit on comms and communicate when required.
I wish to join the corp on my main which is a 33.7 million SP character. I can fly a Thanatos (although still need to train up for the Triage module skill) and am currently a few days away from being able to fly a Legion. Following the Legion, I plan to train for Triage. My skills primarily focus on flying armour ships and Laser / hybrid turrets, although you'll be able to see from my character sheet where I'm useful and where I'm not. You can find my character sheet at eveboard.com/pilot/Sparxeh. I have a ~20 mil SP alt that is trained for mining, transport and salvage although I won't be looking to join the corp with this character at this time.
I'm looking to join your corp as, after speaking to Scattershot, you sound like the perfect match for myself. I'd love to join a corp in its infancy (although I realise that you guys have been playing together a while) and would like to become a part of something great. From what I've heard, your goals align with my own and I'd finally like to get serious about playing in an Eve corp now I have no other gaming commitments, which is what has always stopped me in the past.
I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read my application, and I look forward to hearing from you. If there's anything else you wish to know, then please don't hesitate to ask.
Chris.
